I study the moments we usually understand too late.

I did not arrive at this idea by observing change from a distance.
I have built, led, lost, questioned and started again.
Over time, I became less interested in the visible crisis and more interested in what happens before it:
The signals we explain away.
The stories we defend.
The roles we continue to perform.
The moment reality begins to contradict our model of it.
Today, I collect and study AGAIN Moments across leadership, leadership teams and organisations.
This experience is the bridge: someone who has built and questioned logics themselves recognises them inside organisations – even behind tools, roadmaps and good intentions. That is why the AI Impact Check and the AI Impact Audit start where impact is lost: in the rules, decisions and patterns beneath the surface.
Not to create another formula for change.
To develop a better language for the moment before a new beginning becomes visible.
